is the President of Grandy Village Tenant Corporation. He has worked and lived in Norfolk his entire life and is dedicated to improving lives in his community. He is a tireless advocate for social justice.

Charlie Rasputin

is the co-founder of the Neon District, an arts and culture promotor and gifted artist. He lives in the Riverpoint neighborhood.

Yvonne Peel-Wagner

has served Norfolk Public Schools as a School Board member, and is a retired special education teacher. She currently volunteers and serves as a child education advocate in Norfolk and Portsmouth.

Kevin Krisgvold

is a Pamunkey Tribal Member and Norfolk resident for over 25 years. He lives with his wife and family in Larchmont.

is a life long resident of Norfolk, who served our country as a veteran and is currently a sports promotor and education advocate. He is the father of an active duty Air Force Airman who proudly graduated from Norfolk Public Schools. He resides with his family in Roosevelt Gardens.
